"Your work holding up this building while you installed a basement under it, restoration of the original masonry, entirely new heating, air conditioning, wiring, plumbing, etc. Your staff's relationship with the owner and the architect were exemplary. The quality of the work by your employees and sub-contractors could not have been better. The entire reconstruction was completed without a single change order or item of additional cost, something that in my fifty years in the construction industry, I have never experienced before. The project was turned over to the owner on time and what is more, with an additional cost saving!

The rebuild of South Hall is the capstone in the restoration of the Antioch College Campus. The quality and performance you have brought to this institution has and will be a tremendous asset to us now and into many years in the future.
